Leadership

Pastor Shea Shrader has been serving full time at the church since 2005. He was raised on Harman. He served in this church in many ways including Brotherhood Director and Deacon before answering the call to preach. His wife Belinda loves the Lord and also serves with him and is a great support to him. He has a daughter Katlin and son in law Michael.

Tiffany has served in the Academy since 2014 and stepped into church Administrator role in 2024. She has her certifications for teaching as well as director from Association of Christian Teachers and Schools. She is an amazing lady with a heart for God and a love for children. She has 4 children Jayde, Rachel, Levi, and Leigh.

Allen and his wife Kathy bring compassion and a love for Christ to those in need. While Allen heads up our deacon ministry and care for church members.
